Copyright and takedown

Riftmaker LLC, which operates Amethyst, responds to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512). Send notices to our designated agent:

Your notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for the rights holder.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material you believe infringes it and enough information for us to find it, such as the listing link.
4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

When we receive a complete notice we remove or disable access to the material and tell the seller who posted it.

If your listing was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent with your signature, a description of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and telephone number, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any district in which Riftmaker LLC may be found), and your agreement to accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless that person tells us they have filed a court action.

We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
